One of the most senior professionals of Lawkerz, Mr.S.P.Gaur has carved out the most extensive and successful careers in law for more than 40 years. By qualification, he is MA LLB and is also an expert in virtually all the fields of law including litigation, document review, drafting and managing lawyers. He is nationally known for its extraordinary commitment to clients in legal segment.

He lectures on various law-related topics, including people' rights and court proceedings involving the Local and State governments and serves as a distinguished commentator. His cases have been published numerous times in online and offline periodicals widely read by Indian lawyers and government departments.

He now continues his distinguished service as the key mentor of the company. He is the key source of intelligence for the company. He infact is intimately involved in the molding the company to perfection.

Mr.Wasi. A. Nomani

Mr.Wasi. A. Nomani started his remarkable career as an advocate in 1977. He then practiced in the Supreme Court of India as an advocate for 20 years and successfully conducted many cases of public/consumers interest and also cases of national importance. He is well conversant with criminal, civil, consumer, financial laws etc. He has been on the panel of the Noida Authority, F.C.I, U.P.F.C and the State of Madhya Pradesh.

He has written and authored more than 100 articles on legal, political and social affairs which have been published in the National daily and monthly magazines in Hindi, English and Urdu. He has proved himself time to time which is evident by the number of awards he has got in the various fields of life.

Some of his cases also are cited in legal textbooks which serve as a guide to other legal practitioners. He also publishes a weekly news column providing up-to-date information to the business and the general communities.

Nihal Singh

Nihal has more than 10 years experience in Corporate Banking and Wealth Management with UNB, Abu Dhabi and Dubai where he managed high net-worth clients, including Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, Abu Dhabi Drilling Company, His Royal Highness Abu Dhabi and private high-net worth individuals. He was responsible for trade finance and fund management with UNB. Prior to that he worked with ANZ Grindlays Bank, Dubai where he was responsible for loan syndication. Nihal represented the lead bank in the initial public offer for Emaar Properties, a major global project developer. He started his career with United States Foreign Commercial Services, Delhi, a subsidiary of US Department of Commerce. In that role, he assisted in the identification of joint venture opportunities and formulation of business proposals for setting up for Indo-American ventures.

Capitalising on his varied experience in corporate banking and his multifaceted expertise in relationship management, Nihal has been a key facilitator in the setting up of public/private partnership models in India. He has a wide network of relationships in both companies, Indian bureaucracy and leading politicians. His current assignments include conceptualizing and implementing real estate funds, residential/commercial projects, OSP solutions for telecom operators and rural business hubs for Government of India.

Nihal is a National Champion in roller skating and an avid cross-country horse rider and has an MBA from Aligarh University.
